Terms & Conditions – Raj Graphics
By placing an order with Raj Graphics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Confirmation
- All orders must be confirmed in writing (via form, email, or invoice).
- Design approval must be given before printing begins.
2. Design & Proofing
- Customers are responsible for checking spellings, content, layout, and design before approval.
- Once approved, Raj Graphics is not liable for any errors found after printing.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required for all personal printing orders at the time of order confirmation.
- For business clients, 50% advance may be required, balance on delivery.
4. Delivery Timeline
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on workload, order volume, or material availability.
- Urgent orders may be subject to additional charges.
5. Cancellation & Refund
- Orders once placed and approved for print cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Refunds will only be considered if Raj Graphics fails to deliver the agreed product or service.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs created by Raj Graphics remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- Client-provided content must not violate any copyright laws.
7. Color Matching
- Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to variations in monitor and printer settings.
- Slight differences in print color and finish are normal and acceptable.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Raj Graphics is not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages caused due to delays, errors, or defects.
- Liability is strictly limited to reprinting the affected product or refunding the amount paid for that specific item.
